Waiting time for specialist is high

Ontario has invested $1.3 billion over three years to reduce wait times across in health care. However, the waiting time has not changed; for example a person would wait approximately months to see a rheumatologist. The other areas that requires waiting times are Cardiac (heart) surgery, Hip and knee replacements, Special procedures such as MRIs, Cataract surgery and the average is Ontario: 15.6 week.
